Centerville Farms
At Centerville Farms longhorn cattle are raised for use at Dark Horse Restaurant. These animals are free range, grass fed, producing lean fresh tasting burgers and steaks. We use some byproducts of the local breweries and farms; potatoes, squash and pumpkins, among others. Dark Horse uses nose to tail, even the bones are used for broth and glace.

East Riding
Our equine section trains horse and rider teams. We rehabilitate equine athletes. There are tours of the farm Sundays at 1pm, by appointment, April through October in good weather (none of us appreciate standing out in the mud, wind, snow and rain). Please call Dee, the owner, in advance at the number below.
